Thank you Matt for posting this. I’ve been hired to PA a high school volleyball team for next year and I really appreciate you sharing how you do it.

I'm only commenting because you requested it in the FB group post. Your delivery is good. I'd give a slightly longer pause in between players. In fact, I'd recommend just getting a starting defense or offense, this will allow you to give a dramatic delivery, and it won't drag on. 3 minutes for introducing a single team is long. Ideally you'd have the entire thing done in 80 seconds or less.

Sounds great! I think they should give you just a few more inches of mic cord, however. :-)
