Yes, it's unfortunate that this is a dupe. A couple of other things to look for: the stainless steel band at the top of this tumbler is too thick/wide, and the handle is set too low on the tumbler's body. I hope she continues to enjoy it, though.

Packaging for one thing … several more things there too …. Real boxed Stanley’s don’t come with wrapped straws or paper labels .
