2006 jetta 2.5 where is the canister

i ordered the part and could not find the FPR....sheeyit!...ill be got damn!!!!!!!

What was the width of the shelf you are demoing i see there is a smaller one and then a 48 inch width one

mine didnt come with those legs and only had 4 levels

I am currently dealing with this problem and as usual, I'm cursing engineers for being absolute total wastes of space on the planet!!!! Why do they continually create problems by over complicating something so simple???

I just picked up a couple of the Lithonia 8ft version, and since this is my first go with wiring LED I’ve looked and looked for some info on how to wire them “Linked.” There’s a portion in the instructions about continuous row mounting but it doesn’t mention anything about the wiring. Have you daisy chained, linked, etc. any of these and if so please drop some knowledge on a fella sitting in the dark. Thanks!

Craftsman used to be good when I was a kid but now it’s substandard and made in China. Go with brands made in USA, Germany and Taiwan like Klein, Channellock, Dewalt, Knipex, Wera, Wiha, Tekton, etc. It’s worth the investment because they will survive you.

I replaced my vapor canister because I could smell gas pretty strong, my mileage was atrocious plus I got the P0455 code along with CEL - lots of noise when you shook it but no beads came out. I now have this whistling noise that happens at odd times and my mileage is still atrocious. I’ll have to go through the whole system I guess.

On that bench seat, does the center come out to convert them to buckets?

Here's what I don't get: people say that the vent valve solenoid is open by default, when no voltage is applied, and it only closes when the computer sends voltage to it (for creating a vacuum during leak/blockage tests). But in that case I don't understand how the vapor canister is able to "trap the fumes" and release them to the engine via the purge valve (which is closed by default and opens only when voltage is applied)? Because as long as the vent valve is open, all fumes will travel through the charcoal filter and out into the atmosphere, meaning that there's no trapping. And to make matters even worse - your fuel gets continuously evaporated this way. Also, many videos have completely opposite explanations which are 100% conflicting, where one guy says the vent valve is a 1-way street for getting air IN the vapor canister, but never OUT, then another guy says the complete polar opposite (only OUT, never IN), then some others say it's a 2-way street for both IN and OUT. I'm completely lost here...

Whoever at Chevrolet decided that this would be a good idea needs a hearty slap upside the head! Trucks are made to be driven and driven in areas that have dirt, dust, and gravel etc. We shouldn’t have to be concerned about air lines getting clogged or evap systems failing. This is utter crap! And while it’s not a major expense, it’s still another expense on top of everything else, and a pain in the ass. Chevrolet, you’re a bunch of twats!

just another note--- shopw how the air flows in the right direction ..As it comes out of tank in that big line--to canister--outa canister to Evap canister valve---or when running to the engine siliond! Ya also missed on my tank a pressure sensor on the gas tank.. That must talk to the engine silinoid!!!

you didnt say anything about the stuff in the tank--the rollover falpper right inside the filler on tank and that OUT valve!! to the canister!! thoose need covering

I have a 2000 impala--It seems to me-- where the air is spose to come out of the tank,,that goes to charcoal filter There is a valve(( I call it a valve) ist letting pressure out-- wghen turn off car. No pressure comes out the EVAP silinoid by the filler pipe.. otherwise there should nOT be pressurein tank once keyiosoff- cause it shhould realease any pressure so the anti rollover flipper can open...BUT probably that valve is NOT replaceable.. Had tank down-- But at the time didnt realize what was goingon!! I blew air backwards thru canister and heard a BAng! that valve opened... I think I need to spray something like WD-40??? into that valve to stop from sticking! whatya think!

Thank you for this video, you’ll only understand what’s happening here if you tried and replaced most of the components and still having issues filling up your fuel tank. In my situation it’s been 3 times already that I dropped my fuel tank and still having problems. So now I have to do it again and try to clear all the tubes . It’s trial and error and have enough patience to do it. More power to you.

Couldn’t get two screwdrivers to take off connection. I used 2 golf tees to pry and it came right off. Thanks for the help

The lines! I did not even think that charcoal would be in the lines! I've replaced all three parts but none of the videos broke it down like you did nor did they say to clear/blow out the lines! Thank you thank you! I thought I was going insane for a little while....lol

If my charcoal canister had gas in it ( came out the large port next to the solenoid port), do I need to drop tank and blow out lines. No carbon bits. 2005 Chevy Tahoe with 240k miles! Solenoid was full of road dust, since I like to take the backroads.

They stopped using fuel pressure regulator on fuel rails after 2003 which was conventional to replace when on engine and now its in the fuel pump making it so you have to replace the whole fuel pump

piano has no music desk. Also, no attentions has been given to the instrument portion. no tuning, repairs, or regulation to make it play and sound nice. No such thing as a free piano. Plus he happened to have a full sized pick up truck. Most people have to pay to move the piano as well. Cabinet looks decent but after instrument restoration the cost will add up.

Normally you would put the poles in with narrow end at the top. If you dont watch video and just put it together as soon as you get home your going to find out your poles are upside down....lol

the top end caps on mine would not go on . had to pull the plastic tabs inside of it out with pliers .I dont if it was a defect but it was the only way they would go on.

My purge solenoid is clicking super fast when the engine is hot and it does all the time I changed all the components and still clicking like crazy and I don’t have any codes 🤷🏻‍♂️🤯🤯 also changed the solenoid with an ac Delco and is clicking too!! Help!!

Great video. I can only put in like $8 before gas spills out. The gas station pump nozzle not clicking. But I don't know why my gas tank is refusing to accept more fuel? I've checked all hoses and charcoal canister. Everything is intact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
