[PLEASE READ] This is compilation of Tiffany Hwang of Girls' Generation talking about/to her parents. I'm really thankful for all the views and likes this video has received, especially because it's only a poor-quality one. I hope that, after watching this, everyone appreciates their parents more... because unlike SNSD members, they probably see them everyday.

Despite her bright personality, it breaks my heart to see how much pain she had due to her parents 😢
I'm in tears rn. That moment when they all got emotional when Tiffiny said 'she left me with eight sisters'. I've seen people say snsd don't actually like each other, or they always compete with one another, but you can see how false that is in moments like this.
People are saying Hyoyeon broke down when Tiffany mentioned her mother but honestly, they all broke down badly at that, we could only see Hyoyeon because the others were off camera. ❤️
She looked so adorable in this video back then, especially starting at around 3:05. And she has a cute laugh.
Part of me feels like Tiffany only took the name Tiffany as her stage name/ new name because she knew it’s what her mom originally hoped to name her. It’s almost as if, because she understood her mother could never see her debut, that she wanted to dedicate her debut and years of training in a foreign country to her mom. To be born again as an artist and performer with the name her mother gave her.
Can't believe her father turned to someone who's supportive to someone who would take advantage of her.

@@stormi7069 I don't know when, but at some point Tiffany and him grew apart and stopped talking for a while, until when he got into some huge debts with somebody who made the lawsuit public, so allegedly he tried to force Tiffany into paying his debts with HER OWN money after ignoring her for years, with the excuse that she's his daughter and must follow his orders as such (the weird respect complex some Korean seniors have y'know), so after the sensationalist headlines popped with Tiffany's name on it (as if she was the one that owed the money) she came forward stating that she hadn't talked with him for a long time and isn't planning on doing so, so I'm pretty much sure that statement soured even more their relationship

Her mother suicide is red flag
Always knew she had bad relationships with her father but never thought it was that bad to the point she had to lost contact with him. And I feel extremely shocked knowing about how her mother passed away. Whoever thought behind that bright smile, had sad stories behind it. Truly a definition of an idol for me. Personally, I never admire her as an artist but as a person, she's an amazing person clearly. I can see that through how people around her treated her.

@@kendelleking8337 I thought the same thing about her and Sooyoung. After recent news broke out, and seeing that scene just now, made me think...my gosh, how deep does their friendship go and was it possible that Sooyoung's family acted as Tiffany's guardians in Korea?

I think that Tiffany Mom was 1G Korean, but the father is american with past korean generations... the reason why Tiffany didn't speak korean so fluently in the debut

I cried when she talked about her mom leaving her with 8 sisters. Tiffany is really strong. I don't know what I would have done of I had lost my mom at such a young age. If i'm not mistaken..at that time..2007-2008..Wonder Girls is at 1st place in Korea..but then 2009 they went to promoting in US..GG became big hit when releasing Gee in the Sept 2009 & be the 1st from then 'till now..if i'm not mistaken..correct me if i'm wrong 😅

It's probably because she grew up in America and she's more western. Tiffany is FULL Korean, not half...She's full Korean but she grew up with an American nationality.
Aspen Ahraea Cho She is not full Korean, she was born in San Francisco California, just like Jessica, you can't be FULL Korean if you didn't born in Korea !!!
- Gendo - ...I was born in California, but both my parents are native born Koreans, making me FULL Korean. Her ETHNICITY is full Korean, her NATIONALITY is American. There's a difference.
+Aspen Ahraea Cho I did hear that her dad was born in America too and is either white or half white. Not sure if that's true though.
Tiffany's mom died even before her debut, but she only admitted it a few years after snsd debut? It must be really hard for her that's why she kept it first, and maybe the reason why she really pushed to go to korea and join SM to move on, even her dad opposed it at first. <3 Tiffany hwaiting!
