venti and Zhongli are retired and did some archon stuff in the background. Nahida did some archon stuff, in the background and shown to us, even though she was held back by her own people.

@kurappicat2725 Mavuika still need to lead because the Abyss is pretty much still a problem there and with that many tribes someone neutral is kinda needed to unite them. Other country like Mond and Liyue are stable so the Archon has the privilege to sit back. Focalor/Furina doesn't seem strong because the enemy is a prophecy so she needs to fool the system. Nahida is imprisoned by her own people. Idk what happened to Inazuma, that place is wack.
