Rookie mistake to ask me for fun things to do in Cape Town if you're my younger sister, and you haven't been fit for 5 years. My first 100 mile trail race. Maybe next time I'll remember that I've got a GoPro in the latter part of the race (after 100km). Apparently you forget after you enter into a major pain cave.

The weather 😂😂, not so great! 40 degrees, 90% humidity in the valley. One of the big reasons the Beast is a Beast 😉
