i have a c920 that says carl zeiss tessar hd 1080p on the side of the camera thing and i heard it should work 100% and mine isnt working why could that be?

I just want to say, I over-performed in a uni assignment and actually had to dial it in to match my team mates, I changed from an AT2020+ to my C920 Webcam mic and put gain to 100, it was perfect, thank you!

Just use cheap headphones that cost a few dollars. Messing with these setting can be a pain to get it back to normal.
