Did they mesure Rate of Force parameters?
Unfortunately not! we just measured with a contact mat
@@judotraining3612 it would be interesting to compare rate of force of the top judokas(example 73kg class) vs amateur judoka. Rate of force of the pull of the hand( example ippon seoi nage or uchi mata).
Whats the wrok time for every exercise?
In this case we use 22'' ON-8'' OFF more or less time of the judo contests...but also we vary some rounds, doing extra time or double round, simulating like golden score
