Thank you so much for mentioning me! As far as losing weight, I lost about 70lbs 5 years ago, gained it ALL back plus some. I would like to lose about 40lbs by June. Honestly, I’d be happy with 25lbs. I lost the 70 in about 7 months, doing it the right way tracking my food, cutting soda, portion control- I’m using ww again so I know it’s possible, it’s just sticking to it! ❤ also, love coffee, I drink it black- I weened myself off creamer when I did my weight loss 5 years ago.
