IG multi select was cropping my 1080x1440 videos on posts, here's a ffmpeg command to add padding to the sides to avoid bottom crop ffmpeg -i yourvideo.mp4 -vf "scale=1080:-1, pad=1152:1440:(ow-iw)/2:(oh-ih)/2:color=gray" -c:a copy -c:v libx264 -crf 18 output_4by5.mp4

Just a little tip where as a competitive high school runner. It’s great that you are making the commitment to run more (super proud of you) but those shoes are designed as race shoes for marathons and half marathons going really fast (like sub 7 pace) or speed workouts or races. They aren’t mileage/daily runner shoes. For that I’d recommend getting a second pair of shoes and going to a running shoe store to get them fitted. Again, idk how fats you are running and super proud of you for making that step but keep this in mind bc those shoes and others like them can cause a lot of issues in pain if you use them for longer periods of time (I have teammates that have had that issue) and they only last abt 100 miles or so
