Booli booli yeah it's not the designers fault the person designing that ride also designed nemesis galactica thirteen oblivion stealth nemesis inferno collosus dragon Khan and much much more and all those rides have a good track record he also designed most rides at chessington too and it's not the desighners fault it was staffs fault for sending and empty car out not checking the track then sending another out also the engineers didn't make sure the fail safe worked so in no way is it the designers fault

@@kingsleyc5677 The issue wasn't that they sent a filled train out right after a test one, since that filled train can use the track that was just "tested" by the empty train right after it. It's that they reacted to the block safety system's warning in a way that doesn't account for every possibility. Such as a stalled train on the track AND miscommunication between the ride operators and the maintenance crew. However this was due to flawed training that didn't account for all of that, not negligence on the day
