I shared this video with a number of friends (published authors) and the love the affection with which you read the story. Who cares about "polish"? Btw I'm currently working on a national tour of my (ongoing) WW II portraits and am currently looking into taking it to Hawaii. I have a Coastie friend who was stationed there helping out but if you have thoughts, it might be nice to visit RJ in person.

What a treat to discover this gem. As the author/illustrator of this book, it was a treat to discover this. The sounds took me back to the research. From this book I became a USCG artist and have traveled as far as the Persian Gulf documenting their work. Thanks granddad!
