Kids loved it...but I feel the batter became very liquidy...I can reduce the liquids like milk and oil too was on higher side.granulated Sugar I used was same quantity as in recipe.Time taken with given recipe was 40 min at 180 and 15 min at 150

This looks like the type of "fried" you get in Asian restaurants. It does not look like the type of crispy crunchy fried you get in traditional southern US fried chicken such as Popeyes. Is it crispy, is it crunchy?

It came out very sweet but perfectly baked..will put less jaggery and will try without date next time

Thanks soo much made it yesterday came out great tasting I only switched milk with 2 eggs and put in the oven on 300f for 45 min and still loved it . Texture was just like a all purpose flour pound cake. Very spongy and soft
