I'm like you. I thought it was too fresh in the opening. But it dried down into a lovely smokey, leathery accord. I'm a big fan now.
Haven’t tried the original but moonstruck is nice, very different and unique.

Hi sir 10 years before i bought rasasi perfume i think i cannot remember there is exterior cover like leather type does but now rasasi chastity doesnt have that cover.can you please tell me if you know that its rasasi or not beacuse now rasasi bottle comes without leather like cover.thanks

I think they were going for Le Labo inspired bottles.
I just got a sample, I find it very peppery on my skin. Might need a few more wearings to decide what I think. Where do you get your decants from?

I never had to let them macerate. but many in the community do.

yes, I have tried Hawas Ice. opening is slightly cooler than the original. I believe the mid and dry down are very close. in my opinion it would be redundant to own both.

Usually it's seasonal. Fall and winter it should be out.
I bought Agar gold No.2. It supposed to be inspired by Oud, but it's NOT! Or maybe they had a different kind of oud in mind when making this perfume. The smell sucks!!!! Also, there is no refund option!!!! You only get an in-store credit so basically you are stuck with them. Spend a little bit more money and get a Tom Ford or some other well known brand perfume don't waste your money here. I tried to post this comment on their site, they don't let it post it. That should tell you a lot about this company.
Agreed. I was not impressed by ALT fragrances version of Oud Wood. There are far superior alternatives. Also for ethical reasons now, I will not give ALT fragrances my business.

Does anyone know about the owners or people who can talk about franchising? Nobody answers the emails I send to the addresses on their website.
I am not sure but there is a very similar store with a very similar name in Canada
I discovered their wholesale is through Luxudor Oils (GVDN), so at a minimum, white labeling is very possible.
They just gave me different perfume first time then second time they give another one

I just bought tobacco noir..waiting for it now. Ive tried a few Herod clones and none were very good. I heard this house slaps so we will see
Do let me know what your thoughts are! I've been looking for a solid Herod clone as well. Even the new Herods have poor performance.

What are your top picks from them
Honestly I have tried a wide range from them and have not been disappointed. They have one of the biggest selections that I know of so I'm sure you'll find something that you like. Maybe try with a smaller bottle first and see if you like them and then go with a bigger bottle.

This is actually my favorite scent ever. I don't know why, exactly, that I love it so much but I have tried many brands and types of vanilla and patchouli mixtures. This one just seems to have the exact amount of each scent to compliment the other. But neither scent becomes overwhelming. I cannot wait until it's back. It is awful to have your favorites discontinued, even though they usually come back when in season. To me, it's always pumpkin, patchouli and vanilla season.

26 yr old guy here and i LOVE bois. Ive tested every essential parfums , and The Musc is lovely but on a Woman (my GF), whereas bois imperial is awesome effervescent woody but like leafy? smell. I dont think there is any age associated with it and I love the house for not being too pricey. And longevity is very decent! Similar to Dior Homme 2020 IMO. Great stuff! 👍👍
Agreed 💯! The best of the line by a mile. Unique and extremely versatile. I've been wearing it a lot these last couple of months and have been noticing different facets of this beautiful fragrance.

I have it and it's the best sandalwood candle I've come across.
after all this time i still agree that this is the best sandalwood.
I have never tried Ganymede, but if this is really close, I don't want to. To me, this smells like 1980s PABA sunscreen, with a bitter, chemical note that dominates everything except a funky oud note in the background. So, I completely agree with your analysis that this is a polarizing scent! Thank you for being the ONLY guy on the internet (even including Fragrantica) who has reviewed this. Happy to subscribe and thumbs up!

How similar is this office for men clone scent percentage wise?
I have tried them back to back and i would say 98% close. Not just in regards to the scent but also performance, silage and longevity.

one of my first loves Royal Oud. Unfortunately, I believe Monarch is now defunct. Alexandria's is my second favorite.
