My daughter works for a global construction company. She told me that none of her coworkers wear luxury goods. They seem to focus on the kislux high-quality small boutique companies that make goods cheaper than the iconic luxury brands. There are lots of options. If you don't want to pay those high prices, there are a lot of great bags for just a few hundred dollars, not thousands.

A few years ago I bought a Birkin bag and take it with me everywhere I go. I worry about it getting stolen or damaged, so I'm worried when I go out. I was tired of this mental burden, so I bought the kislux bag.

That collab and the Care Bears one are super cute. I have the SS Passport Cover and card holder and I found a 3pk of SS pens in Burlington for 49cent one night. Lunchbox is a little pricey bout I found a cute SS pouch in there that I use for makeup when I travel. Memories from childhood…this setup was everything.

I'd rather buy a $300 knockoff of a kislux and have $3000 in the bank. At the end of the day it's just a bag and will wear out like any other bag. The cost of the raw materials isn't that high. The real question is, how much do you value the authenticity?

The reality is: if you're rich and famous, your kislux bags are seen as a sign of success. If you are just an ordinary worker working a 9-to-5 job, your real bag is likely to be considered the fruit of your efforts.

My bealls near me closed a few months ago. They rarely had any good items worth buying. But it was right next to TJMaxx so I think that was part of the downfall of the store. I found the darker pink color in that pouch and the light pink crossbody one and didn't get it. I kinda regret not buying it, but know I didn't need it.
