For those who can't make the roof I just put some wood floor between the L shape made with the two 1m beam, place a wood stare below and a wood beam on the lower step and the middle of where the top 45° sould met (approximately). Doing this I manage to place the top structure quite good. Looks like what is shown of this very nice video.

The portion where you explain the lengths is extremely poorly conceived. Why couldn’t you just put the length down instead of doing some to it silly like using the number of blocks hsed

this looks very cool! i just started playing the game a week ago but i stopped before the third boss and now im spending my time mostly building. im wondering one thing though: isnt wood falling apart when it rains on it? so would this roof not break after a while or is this build "only for the looks?"

This looks like my typical house i build in minecraft :) its just missing a tower to the side. Also the house looks really solid.

Love this house and love your usage of the Ashlands build pieces. Now if only the devs would give us upside down arches so we could make round windows O.O

A basic build again! So good to have you back. Really love how much you get out of those smaller builds and how you use the new materials. The only thing I personally would change, I would move the forge out of the bedroom and to the outside area. Just makes more sense to me, don't need that fire hazard in the living quarters. It's nice to take the beautiful new decorative build pieces and choose that serene forest setting to build, it fits in so well there. Love the landscaping as well as usual.

Thanks for showing this - beyond being a beautiful build, it just reminded me how annoying it is to build in Valheim. I can never seem to get things to line up and most of the things I build just end up being fancy boxes because of it. I just don't have the time or patience. Is your world also available as a savegame for download?

My issue is that building pieces that are not 'roof' will change color and shape after rain and I have to constantly repair everything.

How do u place the vines on the house
