The fastest strike is probably by the mantis shrimp. Another really fast strike is by the domesticated house cat. They are extremely quick and in fact there as quick with their reactions as a mongoose and Mamba's would not wanna mess with either. The ultimate killer of Mamba's though hasta be the honey badger and secretary bird. Both of these go right after them and they do not back down. Even worse the badger is immune to all snake venom I mean how nasty is that? Yeah the snake expects the badger to roll over and die but instead it just keeps coming and it means business. There is no escape from a badger, swimming, borrowing, climbing, running are all useless. Not only that the badger has great night vision. The only escape is to freeze and hope camouflage works however theses snakes the brain about the size of a pea thus they think they're invincible.

Stopping this video not even halfway through b/c of the jump cuts that show a millisecond of the creature being discussed and then longer shots of animals *not* that animal. I found it purposeless and really annoying. I’m all also the tiniest bit concerned that it could cause misinformation to some viewers. In short, what the heck was the point of this?
