Well done! I’m building an ‘86 CR125 at the moment.

'Nut and bolt restoration' except the wheels were already done and the forks and shock(cosmetic rebuild) internals not touched.

Wow beautiful, great restoration. The vapor blasting and your coating setup makes the CR new again. Thanks for the videos.

You call that rough?? Compression tester? Final internal engine cleaning should be with a NEW white cotton cloth. However quite a thorough investigation.👍

What spark plug you are using visit Mr Cuervo ATV and he talks about spark plugs and wish one to use and wish ones are trash just did mine today and i was miss firing like crazy something i did it myself a while back when my Big Gun fuel controller stopped working i though my OEM spark plug was bad i put an E3 spark plug (total garbage) and i rode all season with crazy miss fires and big loud bangs i went this weekend with a Full Empire Exhaust and Dyno Jet and a new spark Plug and my issue is long gone

Looking forward to seeing how beautiful she looks when finished and i just subscribed to your channel, I have a 03 Yamaha WR450F that i spent around 17,000 Australian on having it completely rebuilt bottom end & top end and many many new parts put on, Frame freshly re powder coated etc. Rebuilt like a brand new bike. Man that bike shop that did it was a "Nightmare" took them 5 months to finish & they did things like leave the front sprocket Nut Finger Loose amongst many other things that i wasn't happy with, they Put my new graphics on covering the air filter door D rings so i couldn't undo the door and much more crazy stupid stuff, But finally after taking it some where else all the crap was sorted out & now it looks like a Brand New "old" 03 wr450f but i love it. Don't worry.. if your video was any longer i still would of watched it until the end, Great Job !! Brett from Australia. 🧑‍🔧 🛠

when i saw the plain water coolant come out my heart sank for u. if someone cheaps out on coolant then oil changes are gonna be rare too. its a beautiful thing tho, but i say that about most bikes

What pipes and mods?

Basically filled down the calliper mount on the axel carrier until the new calliper sat central, luckily one of the bolt holes on the brembo calliper lined up fine but the second bolt hole needed to be drilled through the piece that makes the calliper float and fixes to the banshee carrier mount. Sorry hard to explain, I should of filmed the process but it was all pretty much trial and error.

My son in law was plumbing a job and was given a 98 kx250 for free he didn't have the time to fix it so he gave it to me it ended up having a bad stator and no plastics and some missing parts and bent radiator I tore it down and it's all been rebuilt fresh top end with like no hours on it like it broke after he fixed it I got it fixed and put Chevy trucks graphics and a bunch of upgrades and it's now the cleanest 98 kx250 in California no joke yours is nice to great bike to collect
