Angel Taper ornaments using IOD molds for Christmas 2024 Tutorial
🤍 ✨🪽😇 Angel Taper Christmas Ornaments using IOD mold.
This is by far my favorite IOD anything and I love ALL IOD products 🤍
Angels are by far my favorite anything and I could not wait to make this and I’m already getting orders for these using different mica powders like shabby pink, purples and even a rustic version for a log cabin. So, I will be adding another video on how I design them.
The products I used are:
IOD angelic taper mold
APOXY resin
Mica Powder pigment - gold & turquoise
Folk Art white chalk paint
Gold leaf adhesive
Gold leaf sheets from Hobby Lobby
Gold and turquoise wax rubs
Gorilla wood glue
Gold ribbon

I took a beautiful Rae Dunn napkin and decoupaged it onto a plastic bauble. I loved this napkins not only because it said BLESSED but because of the floral print. What brand is the pigment? Available on Amazon?
@@BeckyLofton hi Becky. For these ornaments I specifically used a brand called Chroma Craft that I purchase from a woodworking shop here. They have many colors. Amazon does have some that I’ve used for resin table tops also. One I used I like is by Rolio and I ordered the assortment.

Awesome job ❤❤ my friend ones gave me a cigar box to upcycle. I believe she bought it from a local thrift store. I was not able to work with this box because it had a strong cigar smell. Do you experience this problem. If yes, can you perhaps give me some tips on how to remove this strong smell. Thank you in advance. Your work is beautiful 🎉
@@yulscornerb7882 hello and ty ❤️ The boxes I get rarely have a cigar smell but ones that have I let them sit open for awhile and the smell does seem to dissipate. Also, once you start adding the gesso and paint the smell does go away. One thing I love is at the end when I uses my waxes, they leave a hint of vanilla smell -- at least to me they smell vanilla.
