Legs can be lifted up in an advanced stage. Legs on the ground is for beginners. Also, in the wrong form body is not leaned back, which doesn't make core muscles engaged.

I agree with the torso part, but feet on the floor is fine if one's core is weak enough to start there before graduating to having it in the air. Not everyone's core is strong enough to hold their feet in the air doing this. Great vid for beginners and womyn who aren't used to using their bodies.
