A no commentary journey back to London from Hastings onboard 375611 (on its own and not coupled to any other unit) working 1H70 1931 Hastings to Charing Cross calling at St Leonards Warrior Square, Battle, Wadhurst, Tunbridge Wells, High Brooms, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross. Oyster and contactless can only be used between Charing Cross and London Bridge, however during 2024, contactless (not oyster) will be extended to Sevenoaks. On other services that call at Orpington, you can only use oyster and contactless between Charing Cross and Orpington.

Isn’t it confusing to have a train saying Gatwick express on it when it actually isn’t. They really should have kept the 455s so their 377s could handle all of the services up there.
yes it is confusing for normal people to see a GX 387 operating a SN service, especially on the Coastway line and not to/from Gatwick Airport

meanwhile the XC 170s have nothing which is appalling, considering that they are modern trains and already have the BTROS system fitted
Great video mate on the train from Ormskirk to Hunts Cross via Liverpool Central and South Parkway..
I just watched a newly released series last night called “Nightsleeper” and it features a sleeper train in the uk from Glasgow to Euston get hacked, but the reason I’m talking about this is the hilarious train they made, the locomotive looks like a Class 43, but the front looks like a Class 397, it also had a pantograph as well, the carriages look like mk5s but on the inside they look like the producers tried to imitate the Caledonian sleeper interior but they did it really bad. Also there’s a Gatwick Express Class 321, and towards the end of episode one ATOS Anne says: “I AM IN CONTROL MWAHAHAHA” which is hilarious, sorry if this was a rant but it’s an interesting program for train enthusiasts.
