you did great, but it looked so painful. try and look at it more from the point of view of playing the actual drums in a song, rather than a controller. use your wrist and fingers more, let the stick do the work for you and try and be more relaxed. maybe adjust the chair too? seems like it's a bit to high. keep it up.

Well, I've been playing Rock Band since it came out, so 15ish years, but I don't play much outside the games.
@@blehgopie Oh wow! I assumed you either played the rock band series religiously or started off as a drummer so that makes sense. I find just playing rock band has helped my drumming quite a bit more than people credit it for. Keep it up!

how do you have your electronic drum kit working with rockband? im very interested.
This isn't Rock Band, it's Clone Hero, and it's pretty easy. Clone Hero supports direct MIDI input right from the get go. I personally still use the Mad Catz MIDI Pro Adapter that came out during RB3, although it's not necessary to connect to the game. Clone Hero is a free Guitar Hero style game for PC. Technically I'm playing a beta build that supports drums, but the build is available to the public.
