Very nice! It opened in the late 1970s as Pinebridge Mall and it would become Pinebridge Commons several years later. It featured both stores and offices for years ... and, in recent years, it has featured mostly offices and it has a couple of restaurants outside of the building.

There's is no criminal activity here. It's just that the old owners were lazy and didn't feel like maintaining the car wash. It finally has a new owner. What your filming is the beginning of a renovation of some sort. Also, the automatic bay was installed in 2012 and before that, it was just 5 manual bays.

The touchless bay used to be an Oasis Monsoon and the soft touch bay was an Oasis Typhoon.

I really liked this wash when I was in Pittsburgh. In my opinion, the dryers could have done better, but I love the sound they make, and I like how this car wash still has these G5 dryers!
