    I have the very same bread recipe. It was given to me in the 80s. The only thing that I do differently, is I put two packets of yeast in the bread and I let the bread rise twice in the bowl before putting it in the bread pans you might want to try that.

    I don’t understand how you get natural yeast in there covering it so good

    • @sarahrosario9928
      @sarahrosario9928 4 года назад

      Moisture..It's really not covered tight.. It's pretty loose.. Water combined with the flour will provide the environment needed to cultivate the wild yeast and bacteria. Keep your starter loosely covered to prevent mold development and to keep it from getting hard in the top.

    Why did you used dry yeast instead of potato yeast so we could see how the potato yeast reacted on de dough?

    • @sarahrosario9928
      @sarahrosario9928 4 года назад

      I actually did film using this yeast when I made potato bread and regular bread but my USB chip fried and my TEENAGER child's pup chewed my 400$ camera. I have a new one one the way so I will show you how to use this starter yeast. In another video I did explain that my chip is fried and new videos are coming soon.
