Would you do these checks with the engine running ?
Bloody hell you never had to do all this under the old HGV law,to much nonsense.
cpc, job creation if ever there was one
How is it a Cat C at 18 ton,when if you pass it you can drive from 7.5 ton up to 32 tons?
