Florida gulf coast has more problems, no infrastructure, traffic, insane hurricane and auto insurance. I will take Alabama beaches anytime, better food and much cheaper!

It would solve the 13+ months of inventory but if you didn’t watch the end….we could take 4 month listings rather than 6

My husband and I are thinking about buying property on Gulf Shores. We would like a quiet laid-back area, though. Is Gulf Shores all condos? Or can we find privacy and peace? We don't want to end up living in a smaller version of party town Miami 😊
Hi. Not all of Gulf Shores is condos but this area is very busy. You'd probably be interested in the Ft Morgan area which is a little further west but more homes than condos and very quiet. Send me an email and I'll send you some properties to show what's available. doug@douggrantham.com
