Bagel Hack: Run your bagel (could be fresh or days old) under the faucet just until the bagel is covered with water. Put the bagel into a 450 degree toaster oven for 4-5 minutes or until browned and bubbly. The exterior will be firm and have a shallow sound when tapped with a knife.
