I totally agree with you about Dalton. It would have been so much better if Dalton was the primary playable character in the main story, and 'play as anyone' allowed you to do just that for side quests and messing around in the open world. Wouldn't have saved the game, but it would have made the story better in my opinion.

The lazy ac crossover hurt more than people knew. A proper ac and watch dogs crossover could save the series.

When i first saw Watch Dogs i thought it was cool but not for me. I tried 2(got it free) and disliked the movement and wasn't connecting with the young, hip characters. The original might be better for me, i don't know. I'll probably try one day

When the developer delays a game it’s for the greater good for the fans, no studio wants to delay their income. Hope they treat this game good overall.

I think that anything from Origins onwards is a reboot. Anything post AC 3 is an AU. I don't think the Eisu are real, & I don't agree with the ending of revelations or what was originally planned to be the end of the franchise. The timeline that fits this description is the 1 Bullfrog is from.

Yooo, this combat is a major upgrade from what we will be use to in games for a long time to come coming from an ac title, it’s sharp it’s flashy, it’s an improvement. I do think this will be a huge title dope video my guy.

Unity had great game play, and atmosphere storyline was just flat. The French Revolution was just the background, arno was unaffected by the depression as well as the assassins. i felt nothing for the great terror, where between 18,000 to 23,000 people lost their heads.

Odyssey should not even be in a top AC game due to how disconected it feels from AC, trying to be a part of the AC series just hurts the game imo, should just be its own Greek RPG and commit to it completly.

maybe ac should focus on time periods and places such as India during last few years of British occupation , Germany during Cold war with explorable east and west germany seperated by Berlin Wall or Even if they can take the risk they can create a setting in Sri Lanka during the civil war between 1983 & 2009 where the assassin focuses on cutting templar heads fueling war between the factions in Sri Lanka or even Russia during the Russian revolution where the assassin can ally himself with famous historical figures such as Lenin fighting the templars who are competing for dominance in Russia through puppet regimes. Russia , India or even Sri Lanka can be a great setting if used properly

AC2 story starts to fizzle out after the first assassination and you're best off leaving it after the Venice party sequence AC2 combat is possibly the worst in the series and definitely the worst before Unity and Syndicate Valhalla is prettier than Odyssey

i love that u r not one of those rage bait anti woke hate grifters. u r excited and optimistic about this and other games! and only use “constructive criticism” when necessary! i am so hyped for this game! i have faith ubisoft is gonna redeem themselves big time! i love all their games but they needed some changes. the weather system and combat etc and all these amazing things i’ve never seen in a game before r gonna be fire!! like how water freezes in winter and u cant use lakes etc to help u, or bushes die and dont have leaves for cover, or the ice sickles fall and make noise and the wind and rain shield sound, and the shadows hide u, and the going prone for first time in ac etc etc. its gonna be fire for sure!!!

i feel like ac games should only have 1 sequel/prequel for a side character that everyone loves like they did with adewale in ac freedom cry Ubisoft should make a game telling the most important story of a character and just be done with him because what else is there to tell about him/her.

I don't know if it was ever fully incorporated into the Japanese military or not but still glad to have it in my favorite video games like Shaolin Monks, Nioh and now Assassins Creed.

Personally my interestes has gone up slightly with this game. Bar is still low AAA game standards wise. Was expecting regular yearly fast food unisoft from this but definitely a lot more mechanically in depth than the rest of the rpg side of the franchise. Seems like a step foward on where they shouldve done since Origins. My main thing since it is in the rpg side of the games is just give me reason to care for these characters. It's a longer game with much more hours of story so please just let these characters have ups downs and all that in between especially since this is like the 1st rpg game the Assassin order is a thing that we have a player being apart of.

Aye man keep it up love running into smaller content creators. They did say you will be able to turn on one shot assassinations, as well as doubke assassinations are back in that article. However I don't think the big brutes will be instant until maybe later through story progression/skill tree. As far as the the scanning I seems as tho that will be the way we as Noae cuz she is the main character since she is the assassin, scan for things among the world instead of the the usual viewpoint just tagging up the map after synchronization. Also apparently there will be a sound mechanic in that article. I say read the news off Ubisofts website cuz there's some more mechanics that was stated in the article that the clips don't showcase like classes on enemies being more susceptible to smoke bombs/wind chimes and some that know its an attack and probably a trap. Also when evading from people it's now location base not the whole camp anymore, as well as when looking for you after you have successfully evaded they will be moving in duos rather than just singular.

I see it as a natural thing. I think they are testing how a battle pass would in the ac future. If they do it right, it could be good. I mean, r6 has one, and it's OK. Maybe they should focus on the number of assassinations to get to the higher tiers.

Valhalla has the longer story so how did it take u that long? Valhalla story is 60hrs with doing only story content and nothing else

Odyssey is my favorite. Valhalla is so slow as well but it's soo open and empty and uninteresting. The ship sucks, the story in Valhalla is so drawn out and imo the combat is alot worse. Treasure chest need 3 keys in Valhalla, I used the same armor in weapon for nearly the entire game and it tucked. The skill tree sucks, the dlc sucks but the one in Ireland story was good and that super weapon was good how ever the combat is so much easier in Valhalla u don't even need to use skills u can slash everything untill it dies it easy. That dodge is tired however the graphics look better. Odyssey for the win both game are huge and have too much exp needed. I'm on 4th 5th play thru of Odyssey 😢
