Unit Culture
We are a Hardcore Realism Unit. We maintain high standards (strongly believing in personal accountability) and are continuously training. Each person in our unit is expected to maintain instructor-level knowledge. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for a challenging, and fast paced environment. We push realism as far as possible within the confines of Ground Branch.

Training Pipelines are built on verified training material (information which is known to be true, and accurate). The training program is performance orientated. Any applicants which apply should expect a long, and challenging training and selection process.
