Thats A great price. Im in America Michigan, and for an average house your paying about 1200.00 just for rent but it does go up and down. But if your in a major city like NYC for an apartment you can easily pay 6-8 grand a month in rent. And I just compare that because your moscow is like our nyc.

I'd call it dated but decent. Nice storage. Good sized bedroom. Definitely acceptable. Would be happy to get it for less than $2,000.

I’d love to live in Russia. Great leader. Stable currency. Fantastic climate. No good or bad areas. People with different incomes mixing so no danger of someone mugging you for your Rolex. No issues with freedom of speech ….say what you want without any fear of arrest. No one sleeping in stairwells that look beautiful. Must check what the FCO says about visiting the country for a gander.

USA. My apartment is only 720 sqft and cost $640/usd. That's cheap compared to mine! That's awesome! I'd rent it.

How many apartments in that building and others? No dishwasher? Where is the tv in the living room? No pillows on bed? I live in BC Canada, in Vancouver the rent would be triple, inc water but no electric, or gas. The outside hallway would be clear of everything for safety reasons. What’s minimum wage there? What job do you have?

Much nicer than I expected, on the smaller size compared to a US apartment, although where I live in NYC, a two-bedroom apartment would be about 1400 sq ft and cost around $5,000 per month. I really like that the toilet is in a separate room than the bath/shower-that is pretty uncommon here.

3 bed flat is confusing. In America, a 3 bed apartment means there is 3 bedrooms.

Middle class family of four in Eastern United States. 2200 sqft two story house. Two bathrooms. Three bedrooms. Two car garage. All on 2.5 acres with apple trees, peach tree, blueberry bushes. Freedom!

Russian is not too difficult to learn. Grammar can be difficult. Pronunciation is easy. Reading Cyrillic is easy. .

Try not to use the word "Absolutely", at all. It doesn't add credibility to your efforts.

Looks prison like and depressing

I'm surprised it looked so normal compared to US apts. Looks like heaven to me. Currently camping in my sister's spare room, a victim of the housing crisis on the US west coast. I shall escape to my own 4 walls soon. On month 20 of a 12-18 month waiting list.

$700 with utility for this apartment, I wouldn’t complain anything. 😅 The building is a little bit old I guess. It costs 5 times more in Los Angeles. The utility is not included, of course.

I live in Alaska, we always take our outside shoes off and put either slippers or indoor shoes.

I’m from the U.S., and you would never find a place like that located as close to the city center. It would be a shoebox size, and for wayyyy for money!

I rent out one floor of my house in the US for $1,350 per month. It’s 800 sq.ft. Your Moscow example was 200 sq. Ft. Larger for about 50% less. My location is rural and requires a car since the closest grocery store is five miles away. Actually, the amount of rent I am asking is consider low for my area. It’s not uncommon for a two bed room apt. to cost over $1,500 per month without utilities.
