What menu would you recommend I get? The $95 menu $125 menu or something else?
We took the $95 menu. The flavor gets super overwhelming. I personally wouldn't go back to HYUN w/o a special ocasion, but thats not to say i wouldnt ever eat Wagyu again say like japan or somewhere else. If this is your only chance get the $125 otherwise you will def leave with the knowledge of what wagyu tastes like.
