Saya (52Y) hike YY daypack dr Kg Gepeh Hilir, Kuala Mu mula pkl 5am & selesai 7pm (14H, rehat peak 1H20M). Kereta boleh bawa sampai ke Kuala Mu jalan ok sampai pkl 4am. Dari Kg Gepeh Hilir ke trailhead hutan 1H, sambung ke Kem Pondok 1H30M. Lepas Kem Pondok 15 minit trek mula pacak dgn elevation 1000m sampai ke puncak YY pkl 12:40pm. Last 300m elevation ke peak YY mmg pacak dan mencabar layan sampai barai ha3 ttp ingat nak balik semula 5H hu3. Turun dari peak YY pkl 2pm sampai Kg Gepeh Hilir 7pm. Nasihat saya kalau nak buat dayhike kena cuba try test hiking dayhike G.Nuang via Pongsun dan G.Liang, Perak.
