please make video of the resort as well. I am visiting the same place in Jan 1st week.
I stayed at MTDC Ganpatipule resort. You can book the resort from MTDC website. It was budget friendly and has the direct access to beach. I would suggest to book in advance if you are planning to stay at MTDC resort.
