Tilapia, Cilantro Lime Rice & Asparagus
Ingredients:
- Tilapia
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- paprika
- lime
- cilantro
Cook with oil and 1 tablespoon of butter
For the Cilantro Lime Rice
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
- 1/2 a lime to a full lime depending on personal preference
- a small bunch of cilantro
For Asparagus
- salt & pepper to taste

For me when having chicken as a home cooked meal I'll choose to thigh because it's the juiciest piece but when I want chicken and I want something simple I will choose the wing. You can't go wrong with a 12-piece Buffalo wild with extra ranch on the side.
