I was 19 yrs old , in my 2nd year at Med School . Not really understanding they were the best years of my life (apart from the bloody exams) . I even trusted the BBC ! Seems hilarious to think they we so well regarded internationally , as a news source . Now we know they are basically a source of degenerate sex offenders , abusers , overpaid opinionated twats , absurd wokesters and worse . Bloody Hell !

Was it really the Unions fault or is this story merely a reflection of the union busting tactics so prevalent in US corporate misconduct since then that has led to the falls in US union membership from 20% in 1983 to 10% in 2023; widening wealth inequality; scandalous levels of CEO remuneration; and rising child poverty? Just look at the conduct of Amazon or Starbucks in 2024? Exploitation of workers continues in 21st century.
