Thx you for you video i whas looking for the correct mounting position of the spring as you see before you take apart the stut assembly you see the bottom of the spring is in a very weird position i know this because i had seen this on m539 restorations it is a very weird position and i was confused because the car i am working on i think they replaced the springs because the position whas way off

Great job on disassemby. Looks a lot like a bmw E60 mirror. However, Paint job on mirror support is not great. We can cleary see orange peel. You should sand it again using 60grit and apply 3 layers of a high quality clear coat. Then after 48h wet-sand it with grits 1500/2000/3000. Then polish it with a rubbing compound + polish + finish paste or wax.

I rebuilt the vac pump and it does about a half-turn by hand and then stops. I assume it is supposed to be able to turn continuously in one direction. Could you help me understnad this before i put it back on the car?

Thank you for this video. I have an Astra j, and sometimes (rarely) my clutch would stick/stuck just above halfway when it's released. i think it's happened twice in the last two years, funny enough during the winter, but would this be early signs of master/slave cylinder replacement?

after programming Egr its dangerous for car ? or later must make service for egr ? and if i make service by bmw they can see that ?

Few questiins i didn't know about the bottom cog. Only 1 way what happens if you have it the wrong way round as i don't know what way mine is now. Would the timing cause p0016 and p0017 The engine runs fine but has this code. Coukd it just be a little out but run ok
