The app looks promising - but has failed to perform. The app closes down when when clicking the capture button in the HDR and Long exposure modes. It works fine with focus mode. The behavior persists after deleting and reinstalling the app and after rebooting the phone. App version 8.0.1, 16 Pro Max, iOS 18.0.1.

I wanted to find out if your app will work for property photography on the iPhone ultra wide camera, I have been wanting to find an app that does bracketing pictures on the iPhone to merge to get the same results as my professional camera. The HDR merging app is called Luminar Neo.
I have used Photomatix Pro on my PC for years. I consider it the best processor available, having tried 6 or so other packages, for processing my HDR images.
AuraHDR on iPad Air 5 seems only to do HDR - no other options (e.g., focus bracketing) seem to be availableIs it only manually by selecting focus points for each individual shot?
the starbucks cup is not focused well after - looks horrible after double blurry and rim of cup is terribly out of focus- maybe selecting more of the cup would be better if that was the goal to have sharp image idk

yes it can handle both RAW and jpeg from an iphone
Tried it on iphone 14 pro, unfortunately it doesnt work, there's no option for focus stacking, when I click on stacking it does nothing
Sorry for the delay. The option is the 7th option in AuraHDR called focus stack. It will shoot multiple brackets on different focus points.

How does it compare to iPhone's built-in HDR functionality?
Professional HDR editors allow for control as you can adjust the tone mapping and a ton of parameters to achieve the look you want. So if used properly it should give superior results.
