As of Saturday 6/1, I have decided to step away from my short-lived position as the drummer for Crossbreed. The reasons as to why are mine alone, so please don’t ask. I’m disappointed that I won’t be doing these upcoming summer shows/festivals, but I need to do what’s right for me. 🖤 With that being said, I’m putting myself back on the “beat market”! 🤣 Billboard charting drummer with pro gear. 28 years of playing experience. 23 years of touring experience (national and international). Credits include Dope, Genitorturers, PIG, Crossbreed, Sw1tched, The Undead, Rikets, and other bands. Founder of Team Cybergeist and The Rock Box Music School & Stage. Artist at DW Drums, PDP Drums, Zildjian Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, Vater Drumsticks, Westone Audio, Skygel Damper Pads, and ODT. I also have a small studio where I can record drum tracks. I have a family, I own a business, and I have other responsibilities (we all do), so I’m going to be super choosy about who I decide to play with. I really wish I'd caught that Ohio show! I really need CROSSBREED to get to Wisconsin for a date in Milwaukee! Also, was Gen your vocalist for the Milwaukee date for the Carnival of Madness tour in 2011 or 2012? Got to see Team Cybergeist and remember talking fairly extensively with you and Sally, and my then 7-year-old daughter glomped on to you guys hardcore!

Yea Thanks for the shout out bro. Glad to see that you’re still rocking!! I gotta give it to you on that fat Albert beat. Funny story., I went back and did a hand full of fly dates with Gen probably around 08’??? Anyways, we did a few days rehearsal prior and David was trying his best to show me how you played that beat. You know how he is! I was playing the notes of the beat but because I wasn’t using the correct hand on the correct tom etc, it wasn’t right to him. Funny enough he verbally explained the beat the exact same as you said he did to you. 🤣🤣 Anyway, it was driving me crazy trying to figure out this beat the “correct David Vincent way” but once I finally got it after about 30 min I felt so dumb because it was so simple after all. You’re right, it absolutely sounds way more complicated in your head than it actually is. Phenomenal beat though. Love ya bro! Keep on rocking!! 🤘🖤🤘
