How did you get the scarab swarms in kephri room to show the number on them / the order in which they spawned? That's really cool would love to know what setting that is.
It's the tombs of amascut plugin -> kephri -> swarmer overlay. (swarmer overlay was recently added) 1st wave last one killed is #18, 2nd wave is #14. Aim to miss 2 during 1st wave and none during 2nd wave.

how do you get the sceptre charges overlay
It used to be under item charges but since the update of it holding more charges, I don't think it works.
