Also just another comment as someone who has been running for a year and a half now (very slowly). Most new runners have to walk to stay in zone 2 and that is perfectly okay. Once you can go for longer amounts of time and start to get comfortable with the idea of running and walking you will love it. Personally it feels better walking when you want to walk :)

You need to put a slight gradient on the treadmill to match what the road is usually like. Treadmills are like slightly downhill which works more on your calves
