Yummy .. Yes .. but they are much better if you squeeze all of the excess moisture out of the grated potato before you add anything else to it.
@@MrMousley Thank you for sharing your thoughts! While squeezing out excess moisture can help in some recipes, for this one I actually prefer leaving the moisture in the grated potato-it helps create a softer texture inside. You can add a little bit more flour (1 tbsp) if there is too much moisture for you. But I love how cooking offers so many ways to achieve delicious results!
@@qiuskitchen I love to experiment when it comes to cooking and to share ideas .. and I very rarely follow a recipe after the first time I've made something .. nearly always thinking ''this needs more of this or less of that''
@@MrMousley Totally agree and I did the same thing. In my opinion, the recipe is mainly for a start, but not necessarily always follow it to the end.
I love the addition of carrot and onion. I'm going to try it.
Sure, adding carrot is adding more nutrients and adding onion is adding more flavour. I hope you will like it.
