I was going to buy the hobbit yarn for my first proyect and I was scared to mess up with the yarn since they’re from another country. I ended up buying caron one pound and making mini c2c, my work is so stiff and now idk what to do with all the yarn I already bought 😢. I’m honestly thinking of just starting over with different yarn. Any suggestions of yarn for mini c2c??

I have a set and they work great, especially at night when you can’t sleep, you can crochet and not wake up the hubby. But guess it depends on which ones you buy

I haven't had any problems out of my hooks so far. I love the lighting feature, and when using the wrench tool, they fasten in place securely. They feel comfortable even being plastic, it actually feels light weight and easier to use. And I think you may have gotten a bad batch if yours wasn't cut well ..mine hold the yarn just fine. I've made multiple amigurumi and even sweaters, quickly and with ease. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but I personally love my set.

Ohhhh yes. A waffle blanket for my mother, 90% done and realized I messed up the pattern half way back. Yep sure did frog the darn thing!!!! Argh. But it did turn out beautifully at the end.

I have a similar set with clear hooks. I ran into an issue with the hook head not lining up well with the handle. I ended up irritating my tennis elbow. I could probably use them for smaller projects.

2nd video I've seen not liking them...guess I'll keep my money
