im like 99.99999% sure they can obliterate stone structures
For the Suzaku the game didn't glitch I believe, alphas respawn every morning so you just happened to catch the one right before it turned morning causing the other one to spawn instantly it seems

How does Ark Chaos compare to Ark Primal Fear and also Ark Eternal?
Cant really make a full opinion since chaos still is close to being completed, but i feel like the progression is better.
