You did a good job of cleaning it up...unfortunately Your weld is worse then the previous weld, you had found it's been three years since you made this video.....Question: are you any better at welding? you have the gear watch some videos..... and learn to work it better you have no excuse....good luck.... i have the same door issue except i leaned on mine and tore the top hing away from post... i have a stick welder but im certified so hopefully i can puddle and move the weld, i ordered special rod 6013 - 3.32 & 1/16 rod for thin work, i do not want to pull that fender off....Daww! wish i had miller wire feed but i do not any more.

R the front tires liquid filled? That would add 100 lb or so to the lift capabilities

Thanks for posting. My tie rod to pitman arm is looser than - oops can't say that on YT 😂 - so will be doing this as soon as the parts arrive. Really hoping it won't snap at speed in the meantime as I'm using the vehicle every day.

So although I agree with you about the budget thing to get started or help someone out, I would save or spend just a little more and buy Tekton or Gearwrench or even some used quality tools. I know not everyone is in the position to do so. I'm currently upgrading my Kobalt tools. Been buying ALOT of Tekton & Gearwrench and some Cornwell here and there when they have something on sale.
