Vacuum pump noise, normal. Replace the hard plastic hose that connects the pump to the booster & that’ll go away. Quick test, put some heavy grease on the nipple and see if it goes away.
Right in front of the valve cover that has the oil cap on it is the vacuum pump. It discharges into the engine causing that thumping noise. If the seal on that black hose is getting weak it constantly leaks and the pump moves air into the engine. When you get in the car first thing is the brake pedal hard to press (no travel)? If so it is leaking.

What country are you in. The reason I ask is I’m curious if this car has a DPF filter and all of the crap the USA makes us put on our cars.

What hose to what pump? The crank case should bnot be pressurerised that is wrong, mybe breather pipe is stuffed with black coal
