Kesari is a popular South Indian dessert, also known as Kesari Bath or Rava Kesari. It's a sweet, creamy, and flavorful pudding-like dessert made with:
*Ingredients:*
1. Rava (Semolina)
2. Ghee (Clarified Butter)
3. Sugar
4. Milk
5. Cardamom
6. Saffron (optional)
7. Nuts (cashews, almonds)
*Basic Recipe:*
1. Heat ghee; roast rava until golden.
2. Add sugar,
3. Cook until thickened.
4. Add cardamom, saffron (if using).
5.nuts.
*Variations:*
