I like that you are making these videos. I was struck by the one suggestion that was given about saying, I'm done talking about this. I have said those words before, unfortunately, the energy that carries with those 5 words is often harsh and full of emotional energy that can feel like an assault on someone. I would use those words with someone who is a classic narcissist but not with a loved one that I am interested in keeping in my life. Overall, I think all of the suggestions work well, just those 5 words in my book, should probably be used in special circumstances, like when dealing with that classic narcissist I mentioned above.

Love the analogy! This is one of my favorite paintings I had the pleasure of seeing in person. I was thinking it’s a bit like putting a jigsaw puzzle together, the fun is in the process of the ups and downs of what all when into it, and the outcome is the completion of the beautiful picture, but it’s not the only picture, as it there always begins another journey of putting pieces together.

I was going to say refuge, yet there is that necessary element of temporary time together and leaving feeling relaxed and better than when arrived. I’d say both, because like a spa, consistently providing a safe and invigorating refuge to recharge within these videos I enjoy and always want to leave a big THANK YOU for the great service! 🧡💫

Interesting topic! As you were describing the refuge, it resonated as I tend make people feel safe, supported, etc. However…I may be more of a spa as I need to send people back out into the world so that I may have enough time to recharge😊 I can see you being a refuge. But, I wonder if you need that recharge time like I do.
