Negligence is the reason for it being stolen. Anti-angle grinder U-lock bare minimum for me and never had a stolen scooter or bike!

Hey, have you tried contacting Segway or the retailer you bought the MAX G2 from?

@electrickicks we will try to contact it today, as they are only open Monday to Friday. They just need proof of purchase like the receipt, maybe manual and accessories as well. We have all of them. I think there is no other way to unlock it other than the manucfaturer.

@AllTheGoodHandlesAreGone I did not stole it. The owner is my friend. We have contacted the customer support and provided all the requirements (receipt, picture of serial number on the unit, digital receipt from the email with the name of the onwer and serial number on the receipt itself, name of the owner, etc) they needed to verify if the unit is stolen or not. We have successfully reset it according to customer support's instructions. I'm not a thief. I don't know how you came up with your opinion based on my comment.

Hey there, we currently don't have Pure Electric scooters in stock, but we might bring them back next year!

Because it's technically an electric bycicle, not en electric motor-bike. Though apparently it also has a hand-throttle, which in the Netherlands (where I live) would make this not road-legal (not even counting electric bycicles over here have a legal max speed of 30 km/h)
