How do I adjust the frequency of it to return to base station and empty and then continue vacuuming? It appears to drag dog hair around.

I can say from experience that the brush is zero tangle. The hair balled up at the tip of the brush but did not tangle. Been using it for 3 days with no issues. Does use a lot of water but the floors look spotless so no complaints.

Ok guys this or a Dyson v8 + Freo X? I have the Dyson v8 and FreoX. What about the s20 also how is that different? Does the mop head smell after a while. How to clean that if it starts to smell? Thanks!

Its sad that Narwal stopped after sales and services in India , I am afraid of buying Narwal product in India just because if anything happens we have to reach out US website , Many reviews shows after sales are very bad Narwal stopped after sales services in India , but the products are available on Online shopping Platforms , many customers product especially this one in particular cant be replaced or maintained just because there is no one to contact or reach out to , only us websites and no response or lousy response No ones product got replaced and maintained Once you buy it if anything happens on warranty period this company cant do anything if you were in India Thats a major drawback

I’ve had the robot for 4 days, and the scheduling has never worked. I set it up, but when the scheduled time arrives, it doesn't start cleaning, and I don't receive any notifications. I only see the grayed-out "not started" status in the scheduling section.

Narwhal how do I order

I like robots and I have owned and tried many of them- Roboroc, Dreame, Xiaomi, Roomba, and Ecovacs. Got Narwal X plus for my mother in law, when it was just released because I liked what it promised to be. I was not fully convinced, so I shared honest experience on Amazon mentioning some issues. They contacted me and tried to know the details even offered some freebies. Issues got resolved over time with software updates. Now it’s a fantastic device. At this price it’s simply unbeatable- fantastic cleaning performance, great app and very clever engineering decisions which you cannot find at this price range. To top it all off- the built quality and looks is some of the best at any price level, plus even with this cheapest option they are very generous what’s in the box- extra dust bags, mops etc. I just saw this on Amazon for 250 euros and got another one for myself. The moment it goes on sale again- I might get another one so I can have a robot on each floor. I am in no way affiliated with Narwal, just sharing my positive experience. There was a time some years ago when I really liked Roborock for making waves in the industry and offering true tech innovation at great price. Today I find Narwal as the most likeable cleaning robot brand because they have beautiful design, innovative features and the prices are still better than the competitors. Keep on good work Narwal 👍👍👍
