I call BS on that telling of events. I would have believed Eric Weinstein a while ago but since then I heard him say so many irrational things that I wouldn't take his word for anything. Even if we swallow the whole thing hook, line, and sinker then the event that supposedly rehabilitates him is the final straw he needs to leave? Yeah, nah. The way he frames the whole story around people and a competition between places, instead of talking about the subject matter also tells me that he is probably not a loss to the field.
